Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a welcome dinner and relax after your journey.

DAY 02- Kathmandu Valley Buddhist Sightseeing
Visit Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Kopan Monastery, Namo Buddha Monastery with city Guide.

DAY 03: Kathmandu – Pharping – Dakshinkali – Retreat Monasteries
Explore Asura Cave, Pharping monasteries, and meditation centers.

Everest Area
- Day 04: Fly to Lukla (2,860m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m). Enter the Everest region through a scenic flight.
- Day 05: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3,440m). Visit Namche Monastery and acclimatization walk.
- Day 06: Namche – Khumjung – Thame Monasteries. Visit Khumjung Monastery and Thame Gompa (important Nyingma monastery).
- Day 07: Namche – Tengboche Monastery (3,867m). Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, spiritual center of Khumbu.
- Day 08: Tengboche – Pangboche Monastery – Namche. Explore Pangboche Monastery, one of the oldest in the region.
- Day 09: Trek back to Lukla - Final day in Everest region.
- Day 10: Morning Fly Lukla – Kathmandu | Drive to Pokhara same day from Airport
- Day 11: Pokhara Buddhist Sites. Visit Peace Pagoda, Jangchub Choeling Monastery, Tibetan refugee settlements.
12-15
Annapurna Area
- Day 12: Pokhara – Drive to Manang (3,540m). Scenic Himalayan drive through Marsyangdi Valley.
- Day 13: Manang Area Monastery Exploration. Visit Barge Monastery (largest in Manang), Braga Gompa, meditation caves.
- Day 14: Manang – Drive to Jomsom (Mustang). Enter the Mustang region.
- Day 15: Jomsom – Kagbeni – Muktinath. Visit Kagbeni Monastery, Muktinath Temple & Gompa (sacred to Buddhists & Hindus).

Upper Mustang Area 10 days with special permits:
1. Ghar Gompa (Lo Gekar Monastery)
- One of the oldest monasteries in Nepal (8th century)
- Founded by Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche)
- Belongs to the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism
- Located near Ghar village, before Lo Manthang
- Considered older than Samye Monastery in Tibet
2. Thubchen Gompa
- Located inside Lo Manthang
- Built in the 15th century
- Famous for its massive assembly hall, wall paintings, and mandalas
- Important monastery for community rituals and festivals
3. Jampa Lhakhang (Jampa Gompa)
- One of the oldest temples in Lo Manthang (15th century)
- Houses a large statue of Maitreya Buddha
- Known for ancient murals and statues
- Major pilgrimage site within the walled city
4. Chodey (Choedhe) Monastery
- Main monastery of Lo Manthang
- Founded by Ngorchen Kunga Zangpo
- Follows the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism
- Center for monastic education in Upper Mustang
5. Namgyal Gompa
- Located near the royal palace of Lo Manthang
- Serves as a court monastery
- Used for royal rituals and protector deity practices
6. Luri Gompa (Luri Cave Monastery)
- Ancient cave monastery near Ghami village
- Famous for 11th–13th century cave murals
- One of the most important cave meditation sites
- Accessible by a short hike
7. Tsarang (Charang) Monastery
- Located in Charang village
- Houses ancient scriptures and statues
- Associated with the royal lineage of Mustang
- Known for peaceful monastery courtyard
8. Ghami Monastery
- Located in Ghami village
- Surrounded by one of the longest Mani walls in Nepal
- Important local religious center
9. Chungsi Cave Monastery
- Sacred meditation cave associated with Guru Padmasambhava
- Located near Chhoser
- Used by monks for long retreats
10. Nyphu (Nyphug) Monastery

DAY 27: Jomsom – Drive to Lo Manthang (Upper Mustang)
Special restricted area entry.

DAY 28: Upper Mustang Monasteries
Explore Lo Gekar (Ghar Gompa), Thubchen Gompa, Jampa Lhakhang, ancient cave monasteries.

DAY 29: Lo Manthang – Chhoser Cave Monasteries
Visit sky caves, meditation caves, and village gompas.*

DAY 30: Return to Pokhara via Jomsom
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu or take an optional flight from Bharatpur to Kathmandu. Transfer to Kathmandu International Airport for your onward departure.

Day 31: Pokhara – Lumbini (Birthplace of Lord Buddha)
Visit Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar.

DAY 32: Lumbini Monastic Zone & Departure
Explore international monasteries (Thai, Burmese, Tibetan, Japanese, Korean).
Transfer to airport or continue onward journey.
